Apple Polyphenols (Apple Polyphenols, AP) is a secondary metabolite produced during the growth of apples, is a brownish-red powdery substance, 20% of the aqueous solution is reddish-brown, 100% of the powder becomes yellowish-brown; the liquid and the powder have a slight apple flavor with a little bit of bitterness, easily soluble in water and ethanol, with good stability.
